Our Facilities: The Foundation for Innovation

Blue Sky Labs offers over 3,000 square feet of leasable wet lab spaces, designed to meet the unique needs of life science startups. These facilities are equipped with all the tools needed to fuel innovation, including:

  • Steris Autoclave
  • Mass Spectrometer
  • Two-section Chromatography Refrigerator
  • Four Bio Safety Cabinets
  • 11 Fume Hoods
  • PCR Machines
  • Centrifuges
  • Incubators
In addition to lab spaces, we provide access to modern office suites, conference rooms, and communal workspaces. This environment fosters innovation, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas among tenants and their partners.
